I tried all these suggestions on the web. This one from MS support fixed all my problems. (I only had to do steps 1 & 2 to fix my problems.) 1. Click Start, Run, type: cmd and press Enter. 2. In the opened window, run the following command: regsvr32 Msxml3.dll regsvr32 Msxml2.dll regsvr32 Msxml.dll If the issue persists after we run the above commands, please refer to the next step. 3.
