If you want the Chroma transition for Vista, check out <a href="http://rehanfx.org/shader.htm">Rehan's ShaderTFX.</a> That is the only way to get chroma in Vista. Remember - XP codes do not work on Vista. But, the code in this thread <b>does</b> seem to work in Vista, you must have added it wrong. Open Notepad, and copy/paste in the code considerate_guy posted. Then save the file in your Documents folder as MyCNNTicker.xml and click Save. Then, open your Documents folder, and go to ...

I didn't create the installer, Josh (Aar2697) did, and I tried to get him to fix it, and I am sorry. I'll make an installer that is easier to understand.

Sorry about all the confusion, I created new installers for both versions of Movie Maker. These are a lot easier, just download and run, and it does everything for you like Blaine's installers. I have corrected the links in the first post. Let me know if anything goes wrong. Thanks.
