Plugins for HD??

| Is there any word on potential plugins for WMM that would enable us to use an HD camcorder?
Or is there any way to use an HD camcorder with Movie Maker without losing the quality through conversion to another format?
I need to shoot some footage and have to get a camera, preferrably HD, but i'll have to get SD if nothing is compatible.
And as soon as i get an SD camera, some other version of WMM will be out that works with HD lol. |

| Yeah, i was just gonna get an fs200 SD, but the mod format isnt compatible anyway, so you're still dealing with conversions and stuff...im just going to try to secure Windows 7, with the HD vista version of Movie Maker (it says its HD anyway) and get an HD camera.

i think my cpu will be able to handle it with 2.0 processer and 4g ram. thanks for the tips.
now on to the nightmare that is installing windows 7.

| lol.
well i got a partial install and then it hung at starting windows.
then i had to remove a 2g stick of ram for some reason and it was able to proceed. the installation looked almost complete, it did one more restart, and rebooted to a BLACK SOD, with a horrid blinking underscore DASH, taunting me. CURSE! now it wont boot to anything.
you guys dont need to reply, i just had to vent my frustrations. i feel a little better now. |

| i just downloaded a bunch of stuff off you guys, most of it for free.
the blainsville blooms are sweet, all the rehanfx stuff, papajohns material, the crops and resizes etc. are awesome.
i just want to say thanks for these much needed addons. it is a great improvement to WMM, and expands its utility and capabilities.
now hopefully i will be able produce a better quality video, without having to move to software like premiere pro, which has a pretty steep learning curve if you ask ... |
