Search these forums for 'subtitle lower' for some custom XML. When you apply the title, choose 'font' and pick right alignment.

Look into PIP+ where you can create an effect and use any .png as your border. In fact the Widescreen example using PIP+ does just that. No fading.

Then take the lower subtitle code you found and replace 'EffectFade' with 'EffectNone'

Lol...Okay I can do that..Thank You!....
But I have a question, but i dont know if it will work?...
Well my question is the frame thing can i make my own frame...but edit it so it will only have a top and bottom, but no sides on it so it can be a custom masking like wide screen?...

The frame is made as a PNG image file with transparency (alpha) channel. Any image editor should be able to allow you make a PNG image. For example using Paint.NET you create a black image and select the middle part and press delete to cut a transparent hole. Afterwards save it as a PNG image file. You may need to update the XML file to use this image int he custom Title or a PIP+ effect.

Check this out for logo placement
or for a small tutorial on overlaying transparent images go
here
Use this picture to figure out what those number placements mean. I got the pic off some other site so sorry for not giving credit to that someone.
Enjoy.

Tommy, If the transparency is an issue then note that with PIP+ you dont even need to make it transparent. Just use any single color in the middle part of the image. PIP+ will do auto color key to make it transparent. Have a look at this image: Border.jpg. And use the following XML code:

<TransitionsAndEffects>
<Effects>
<EffectDLL guid="{0BEDE179-3361-4eea-9058-11CBB1739D50}">
<Effect name="PIP+ Random Border" iconid="0">
<Param name="BorderA" value="C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX\border.jpg" />
</Effect>
</EffectDLL>
</Effects>
</TransitionsAndEffects>

Copy paste into notepad and save as ppborder.xml in folder C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX folder. Aso save this image as border.jpg in the same folder. You can create your own image as well with any single color in the middle part. Restart WMM.

Here is the modified image: frame_transparent.png.

I have made the gray bars semi transparent for added effectiveness.

If you have PipPlus use the following code (but modify the path and name of the image to match where your image is located:

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0" >
<Effects>
<EffectDLL guid="{0BEDE179-3361-4eea-9058-11CBB1739D50}">
<Effect name="PIP+ Transparent Frame" iconid="0">
<Param name="BorderA" value="C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX\frame_transparent.png" />
</Effect>
</EffectDLL>
</Effects>
</TransitionsAndEffects>

If you dont have PipPlus then use the following custom title XML:

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
<Titles>
<TitleDLL guid="{353359C1-39E1-491b-9951-464FD8AB071C}">
<Title name="CUSTOM TITLE: Image Frame" iconid="13" comment="overlay">
<Param name="InternalName" value="TitleStandard"/>
<Param name="Description" value="frame_transparent.png"/>
<Param name="IsOneLine" value="false"/>
<Param name="LogoBitmapFilename" value="AddOnTFX\frame_transparent.png"/>
<Param name="LogoRect" value="0.0 0.0 1.0 1.0"/>
<Paragraph>
<Param name="Text" value=" "/>
</Paragraph>
</Title>
</TitleDLL>
</Titles>
</TransitionsAndEffects>

You need an image with the correct name and in the specified location. For creating a transparent logo, use your image editing program (e.g. GIMP, PSP, etc.) and set parts of it transparent.
