Change Resolution to 512 x 288 (16:9) Ratio Posted: 26 Jun 2006 12:58 AM |
I've come to the conclusion that the source of my pixilation problem was *not* a codec issue.
The source avi I have is 512 x 288 (16:9) resolution. When I attempt to save the wmv to my computer "best quality for playback on my computer", WMM is actually *enlarging* the image and causing the pixilation.
Is there anyway to set the output resolution to match the input?
TIA - Wayne |

| Rather than 'best for my computer', click on 'show more choices', then 'Other'. If none of those meet your needs, you can create a custom profile. See www.papajohn.org > Saving Movie > Custom WMV Profiles. Also, be sure your project is set to 16:9 mode (Tools > Options > Advanced, aspect ratio.) |
