where can I find a spinning transition/ effect?

I am making a slideshow with the "upside down" track from the curious george movie and I need an effect or transition that will spin the photo upside down.
Thanks

A simple 'Rotate 180' effect should make a picture or clip appear upside down. Or are you asking for it to transition from correct to upside down?

First, check out this sample video of a Picture turning upside down (and back). If that looks okay to you then do the following:

First check that you have a C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX folder. If not create it.

Next copy this code into Notepad (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad) and save it as rotateto180.xml.

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
<Effects>
<EffectDLL guid="{B4DC8DD9-2CC1-4081-9B2B-20D7030234EF}">
<Effect name="Rotate To 180" iconid="22">
<Param name="InternalName" value="Simple3D" />
<Param name="RotateA" value="left" />
<Param name="ScaleA" value="1.00" />
<Param name="ExponentialProgressDuration" value="1.00" />
<Param name="ExponentialProgressScale" value="0.11" />
</Effect>
</EffectDLL>
</Effects>
</TransitionsAndEffects>

Restart WMM and you should have a new effect called 'Rotate To 180'. Apply this to your picture and it will spin around. However, it won't end perfectly, so I like to transition to another copy of the picture with the 'Rotate 180' effect applied and overlap them ever so slightly with a fade effect.

In the sample video, I repeated the effect on the upside down clip, to get it back to normal, but you could stop at one flip.
