Split Screen Multiple People Question
Posted: 26 Dec 2005 06:44 PM
I have seen all the things you can do with rehan's split screen effect like putting two of the same person into the video but is there anyway to put three people in?

Any help or ideas are grately appreciated and if you have the time can you post a video?

You'd could do two versions of the split screen at 33% and 67%.

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
<Transitions>
<TransitionDLL guid="{DE75D012-7A65-11D2-8CEA-00A0C9441E20}">
<Transition name="SPLIT: Vertical Soft (1/3)" iconid="41">
<Param name="MaskNum" value="1" />
<Param name="Progress" value="0.333" />
<Param name="BorderSoftness" value="10" />
</Transition>
<Transition name="SPLIT: Vertical Soft (2/3)" iconid="41">
<Param name="MaskNum" value="1" />
<Param name="Progress" value="0.667" />
<Param name="BorderSoftness" value="10" />
</Transition>
</TransitionDLL>
</Transitions>
</TransitionsAndEffects>

As before, set up your tripod and film people in each 3rd of the frame. Then put the first two together with the 1/3 transition and save. Then put this together with the third clip using the 2/3 transition...

Did not think of that thanks 33 because that almost divides from 100 by 3?
