Tell me what you think of this xml

What do you think of this Title is pretty simple I created it quickly.

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
<Titles>
<TitleDLL guid="{353359C1-39E1-491b-9951-464FD8AB071C}">

<Title name="Zoom in, Zoom in" iconid="13">
<Param name="InternalName" value="TitleStandard" />
<Param name="Description" value="Zooms in pauses then zooms in further." />
<Param name="EntranceDuration" value="3.0" />
<Param name="ExitDuration" value="3.0" />
<Param name="IsHeaderFullTime" value="True" />
<Param name="MaxCharacterCount" value="50" />
<Paragraph>

<Param name="EntranceEffect" value="EffectNone" />
<Param name="MainEffect" value="EffectNone" />
<Param name="ExitEffect" value="EffectFadeEllipse" />
<Param name="FontSize" value="20.0" />
<Param name="ShadowOutline" value="Outline" />
<Param name="EntrancePosition" value="0.5 0.5"/>

<Param name="MainZoom" value="1.3 1.3"/>
<Param name="ExitZoom" value="25.0 25.0"/>
<Param name="FontSize" value="30.0" />
</Paragraph>

</Title>
</TitleDLL>
</Titles>

I'm just going to move this post here to this forum, since I think it better fits in the "Share Your Transitions, Effects and Titles..." forum. I really like this title. I looks like one of those titles that should have been standard in WMM. I especially like the outline on the letters.

Cool....I'll use this one a lot!
You guys do a great job....I shall remain lazy about xml
and code, and just be happy there are creative and
SMART people around! I finished a 2 dvd wedding video...
(academy award material for sure, since I bought all kinds of
wedding stock materials....ha ha). All was made in
movie maker, and now I'm going to do
a slideshow/movie dvd, with about 300 of the best pics. I think
all of my free and purchased titles, effects/overlays, and
transitions are great, but most of my favorites are coming
from your fantastic creations on here. I use titles for more
than introduction...often for 'description'.....my lead in title
of names and 'wedding pictures' was made of me writing it
in script. I used Paint Shop Pro tubes...with a 'neon' tube
and wrote the script on multiple pics, while filming it with my Camtasia software.
Then I bring it into Movie Maker to add music and to edit the
overlap. And speed up my slow writing...LOL With a little
'chant' music over the first two pics and it is an awesome start.
I also did the same script on black and used the CompAdda/b overlay
and that had a more surreal and transparent effect, so i may end up
using that.
Hope the rest of it doesnt disappoint after that stunning beginning....
ha ha But I digress....I'm going to use this title in combination with a 'hard zoom
out' transition somewhere....i think it will be a fantastic visual. Thanks!

I don't know what you mean as a "video effect" an effect?

You could do this as a single video effect with Rehan's PIP Plus effects (which would be a good way to do this). His package does a better job of zooming so the picture might look better on the last zoom.

On the other hand, a quick and dirty way to do this customizing the standard effects would be as two video effects. The first to zoom in to 100% and the second to zoom it even more (say 1000%). I'm calling these 'Zoom to 100%' and 'Zoom to 1000%'

If you put the following code in Notepad, and save it as C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX\zooming.xml, you'll have two new effects.

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
<Effects>
<EffectDLL guid="{B4DC8DD9-2CC1-4081-9B2B-20D7030234EF}">
<Effect name="Zoom to 100%" iconid="34" comment="Zoom to 100%">
<Param name="InternalName" value="Simple3D" />
<Param name="InitialScaleA" value="0.1" />
<Param name="ScaleA" value="1.0" />
</Effect>
<Effect name="Zoom to 1000%" iconid="34" comment="Zoom to 1000%">
<Param name="InternalName" value="Simple3D" />
<Param name="InitialScaleA" value="1.0" />
<Param name="ScaleA" value="10.0" />
</Effect>
</EffectDLL>
</Effects>
</TransitionsAndEffects>

To use this on a photo, for example, put 3 copies on the timeline. Apply the 'Zoom to 100%' effect on the first one, and the 'Zoom to 1000%' on the last one. I suggest making each one about 1 second long, so it looks quick. The result will be that the picture will zoom onto the screen, stay for a second, then zoom in toward the user even further.

You could do this with video too, but you would need to split it into 3 smaller clips so you can apply the effects to the first and last parts.

At the request of another poster, I've modified trexmatt's original Zoom in, Zoom in to give you four combinations of:
Zoom in, Zoom in
Zoom in, Zoom out
Zoom out, Zoom in
Zoom out, Zoom out

The modified code is given below.

Copy the following code into Notepad and save it in your C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX folder as zoomzoompack.xml

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
