Pics are jumpy after I publish movie

I made a movie with Vista Windows Movie Maker it played fine when i was creating it etc.
After I published it I watched it and the pics were jumpy and the transition wasnt as smooth.
What am I doing wrong?
Please help! :) |

gerard1982, when you publish, on the Choose the settings for your movie dialog make sure that the Best quality for playback on my computer (recommended) is checked.
Or in the More settings dropdown, choose a high quality setting.

Thanks Ive tried Best quality plus a very high quality and it still jumps during the transition.
I just got the images for the movie from google images, maybe I need to convert them or something |
