plays perfect in wmm but exported it doesn't

| i recently put together my video. it sounds and looks perfect in wmm, but when i exported it to email and played in window media player, the video is distorted and pixilated and the music is very very muffled. i try to reduce video size to get rid of pixelation but then it's to small to see. helppppp please. |
