hi when i import video it says The exception unknown software exception (0xc000040) occured in the application at location 0x7741e67

| What's the file format of the video you're trying to import and which versions of Windows and Movie Maker do you have? |

| Winamp is a media player and there's not a winamp file format for audio or video. If you're trying to import a Winamp playlist into Movie Maker then you need to import the original files rather than the playlist. If you're not doing that then post back with the file extension on the file you're trying to import. |
