How to increased transition time from maximum default of 5secs? Posted: 04 Nov 2009 12:05 PM |
Hello,
I am using rehanfx to play side by side videos. This works as a transition but the maximum duration of the transition is preset to 5 secs and I cannot seem to increase it. I have several different videos that are of various lengths but at least 10-20 seconds long each.
Thanks! |

Welcome to the forums.
Go to the timeline view in Movie Maker and click on the "+" sign to the right of the word "Video" on the left hand side of timeline. You should now see a track labled "Transition". Find your transition on that track and then use the drag handle on the transition to increase its' duration (expanding the timeline will give you more precise control over the duration). |

| Thanks. That answers a question I had as well. Also, can the screen time for credits be increased as well? |

| doggyman59 - yes. Switch to the timeline view and find your credits on the Video track or Title Overly track and then use the drag handles on it to increase its' duration. |
