Split Screen Question
Posted: 01 Nov 2008 09:53 AM
Hi everyone,

I have found the split screen code, however, I can't seem to get the rectangles the way I want it. 30% or 40% or 50% are not what I want because or the sizes of the clips are too think or one is bigger than the other. I want to split the screen and make it look like this, here is an example:

(At 0:06 until 0:08).

I am using XP if that is important. Anyone knows how to fix that? :)

Hi there. You are on XP. Do you have Rehan's PIP+...if not get the main plug in and also the PIPplus Static Pip transition package just below it on the upper right of this page.....

RehanPipPlus

Once you have that, here is the code for a transition which will make your vids side by side, with a bit of vertical stretch like in your example. Have fun.

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0" SpecialIconFileID="1034"
SpecialIconResourceID="201">
<Transitions>
<TransitionDLL guid="{4EF98DF5-794F-4fd3-8E77-559F82C8D10C}">
<Transition name="PIP+ Static: Side-by-Side-higher" iconid="6">
<Param name="RectA" value="0.0, 0.0, 0.15, 0.5, 0.7;" />
<Param name="RectB" value="0.0, 0.5, 0.15, 0.5, 0.7;" />
</Transition>
</TransitionDLL>
</Transitions>
</TransitionsAndEffects>
