How to save to VCD?

why does Movie Maker not have the option to save to VCD? and how can I save to a VCD? I have been trying to edit with Movie maker then save it to VCD with Video Edit Magic Express 4.03 but when I do.. the video display size shrinks to very small and the quality sucks.. I am trying to edit home movies then save them to VCD... they look great after I capture them with Dazzle 150 hardware... and edit them with Movie Maker 5.1 But when they are converted
with Video Edit Magic Express 4.03 to MPEG to play on VCD the quality is gone and the display size is very small.. what am I doing wrong? Anyone out there can help me? |
