Can anyone make Rehans PIP Transitions a little bigger?
Posted: 14 Mar 2008 04:28 PM
I was using the Rehan PIP transitions to make an opening and was wondering any one would mind making the transition a little bigger. The size of the Bounce off PIP transition would be just fine. The transitions I'd like to see resized to the bounced of one are:
PIP bottom
PIP bottom left
PIP bottom right
PIP center
PIP Left
PIP Right
PIP Top Center
PIP Top Left
and PIP Top Left

Thanks in advance!

Hi, Detroit Piston.

I don't have the faintest idea how the PIP transitions work, but I tried playing around, changing the values at random. With a lot of trial and error, I finally worked out that to increase the size, you need to increase InitialScaleA and ScaleA but decrease Progress. I'm not sure why, but that seems to be the rule.

So here's my attempt at bigger PIP. I hope it's all right.

Hello, Blake E and welcome to the forums!

To make any transition last longer, just go into the Timeline mode and drag the clips so they overlap more.

Rehan has updated versions of his transitions for XP. They are call "PIP Plus" (or PIP+). Check his site for details (www.rehanfx.org).
