Could someone please make a letterbox effect that covers the WWE logo on the bottom of this clip and is the exact height on the top also?

Try this post first... it has letterbox titles in various sizes:

As for the ability to have your video split with one video showing in the letterbox area, go to www.rehanfx.org and download his "Split Video" transitions. You want the SPLIT: Center, Horizontal.

Try switching the 'Progress' parameter. Try values between 0.00 and 1.00. It's currently set halfway at 0.50. And did you try the letterbox pack I mentioned first?

Save the following in C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX as SplitLB.xml.

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
<Transitions>
<TransitionDLL guid="{DE75D012-7A65-11D2-8CEA-00A0C9441E20}">
<Transition name="SPLIT: Letterbox (5%)" iconid="22">
<Param name="MaskNum" value="22" />
<Param name="Progress" value="0.90" />
</Transition>
<Transition name="SPLIT: Letterbox (10%)" iconid="22">
<Param name="MaskNum" value="22" />
<Param name="Progress" value="0.80" />
</Transition>
<Transition name="SPLIT: Letterbox (12.5%)" iconid="22">
<Param name="MaskNum" value="22" />
<Param name="Progress" value="0.75" />
</Transition>
<Transition name="SPLIT: Letterbox (15%)" iconid="22">
<Param name="MaskNum" value="22" />
<Param name="Progress" value="0.70" />
</Transition>
<Transition name="SPLIT: Letterbox (20%)" iconid="22">
<Param name="MaskNum" value="22" />
<Param name="Progress" value="0.60" />
</Transition>
</TransitionDLL>
</Transitions>
</TransitionsAndEffects>

Put your background clip first, then your WWF action clip next. Put one of the SPLIT: Letterbox transitions (above) between the two clips. Note: it appears that you need the 20% version to cover the logo. Then overlap them as much as possible. You may have to trim off the end of the clip on a second pass.
