Issue #50 - there are new utilities and revisions to older ones... it'll look at the current state of the conversions needed to get files that work with Movie Maker

and here's a video sample starting with a downloaded MPEG-2 file of 368x480, converted to a 720x480 DV-AVI file using VDubMod, and then rendered to a 320x240 WMV file by Movie Maker...
Starting with an MPEG-2 File
it's 41.7 MB with a time of 11 minutes... 320x240 |

I download and used the Windows XP Video Decorder Checkup Utility
I had a ONE green checkmark from 9 MPEG-2 decorders.
It approved the CyberLink Video/SP Decoder
Decoder File name: CLVSD.ax
Decoder version: 5.0.0.1022
It did not like the Pixela and Roxio decoders
I have WMP 10 only installed and WMM
