I don't think PIP+ will do it (at least not until PIP++), but you can use the 'Rotate Perspective' effects that DLK came up with awhile ago:

the picture on the left handle is the original height while on theright is 75% of its original height
because its like looking far away, and the whole frame looks bend o.o"

You want a version of the perspective effect like this...

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
<Effects>
<EffectDLL guid="{B4DC8DD9-2CC1-4081-9B2B-20D7030234EF}">
<Effect name="Rotate Perspective5" iconid="33" comment="change perspective">
<Param name="InternalName" value="Simple3D" />
<Param name="ScaleA" value="0.7" />
<Param name="InitialScaleA" value="0.7" />
<Param name="ExponentialProgressDuration" value="0.01" />
<Param name="RevolveCamera" value="true" />
<Param name="ShowABack" value="true" />
<Param name="progress" value="0.84" />
</Effect>
</EffectDLL>
</Effects>
</TransitionsAndEffects>

oh ya i was wandering is it possible to make it animated like newspaper?

such as from full screen, it becomes like the one above, bending, then after a few seconds
it beocmes full screen with the screen moving to its original size?

It can be done, but it's not so trivial.
Depending on how you want this to look, you may
need to use a full rotate effect in combinatiion with
the "mirror-horizontal" effect twice, and transition that
using the "show-B" transition to another copy of the photo
with the "fixed duration rotate" applied and then transition
this again with the "show B" transition to a 3rd copy of the
photo having another version of the full rotate effect.
If you're still interested, I can elaborate further.

DLK
(I think I could do this all in a simple PIP++ effect)
