Here you go,

Many request on this acutally very easy effect - Blur In & Out (from 1 (= sharp) to 7 (= standard blursize value in moviemaker))
For the not moving blur levels, view post 136687!

Very strange. It starts black, then very briefly, fraction of seconds then shows something and immediately goes black again. I tried several times. I ended up deleting it for now.

Mm.. Well, that's strange! The code workes here.. Any more people with problems?

You can check that one frame by pressing pause and then go back with the buttons (one click = one frame back).

I don't know what's wrong. Anyone?

Q: "Is it for XP or Vista?"
A: One key would be if it is in the "Share Your XP..." or "Share Your Vista..." forum. Another indicator is whether you see version 1.0 (XP) or 2.8 (Vista) at the top. Also, many posts will use blue for XP code and purple for Vista code.

Thanks Blaine. I didn't realize there were forums for vista versus XP for the custom stuff and didn't see that this was Vista when I found it. I appreciate that added info. I'll know now. :)

Third time is the winner. After two installations and removals, this last time it worked!
I have no idea what was wrong before. Thank you for the follow up to my problem.
Excellent effects/transitions, keep sharing them.

I'll sure keep sharing them, thanks for your comment!
(For if people think, what is that shaky...? Well, that's the blur effect, you can't change that. It's standard!)

I know. That's just right! It works. I can't fix that. Or a new .fx file is needed but I can't do it. Microsoft just probably couldn't make it betterTongue out..!
