If you are putting widescreen (16:9) video into a full screen (4:3) project, it automatically puts it in a letterbox.

Are you trying to take 4:3 video and mask it to look like 16:9 video, but in a 4:3 window?

- <TransitionsAndEffects Version="1.0">
- <Titles>
- <TitleDLL guid="{353359C1-39E1-491b-9951-464FD8AB071C}">
- <Title name="Letterbox mask" iconid="13">
<Param name="InternalName" value="TitleMultiTitles" />
<Param name="Description" value="Lower Letterbox" />
- <Paragraph>
<Param name="RenderOrder" value="RenderLast" />
<Param name="BoundingRect" value="0.0 0.875 1.0 0.125" />
<Param name="BannerType" value="LowerFlood" />
<Param name="BannerColor1" value="Black" />
<Param name="Text" value="" />
</Paragraph>
- <Paragraph>
<Param name="BoundingRect" value="0.0 0.0 1.0 0.125" />

<Param name="BannerColor1" value="Black" />
<Param name="Text" value="" />

</TransitionsAndEffects>

Like this code? I used this when I had XP computer...
I was wondering if there's something like it that I can use for Vista.

The following changes should make this title work for Vista:

<TransitionsAndEffects Version="2.8">
<Titles>
<TitleDLL guid="TFX">
<Title name="Letterbox mask" iconid="13" guid="Blaine's Letterbox mask" comments="Blaine's Post 111044">
<Param name="Animation" value="TitleMultiTitles" />
<Param name="Description" value="Lower Letterbox" />
<Paragraph>
<Param name="RenderOrder" value="RenderLast" />
<Param name="BoundingRect" value="0.0 0.875 1.0 0.125" />
<Param name="BannerType" value="LowerFlood" />
<Param name="BannerColor1" value="Black" />
<Param name="Text" value=" " />
</Paragraph>
<Paragraph>
<Param name="BoundingRect" value="0.0 0.0 1.0 0.125" />
<Param name="BannerType" value="UpperFlood" />
<Param name="BannerColor1" value="Black" />
<Param name="Text" value=" " />
</Paragraph>
</Title>
</TitleDLL>
</Titles>
</TransitionsAndEffects>
