< a href="www.google.com" >www.google.com</ a >
You have to remove the spaces. Copy and paste this <Xa href="www.google.com"X>www.google.com</XaX>
and backspace on the Xs so there are no spaces. Then click preview and see if it worked

I liked your sample.......Unfortunately my computer is suffering some sort of illness. I was unable to open either one
I tried all three of the apps you mentioned..... I am sure I did it right, I tried several times. This is very strange to me because I can still do the reverse thing.

Thanks for starting this thread. I've been wanting to do a project that requires a timer in the corner of the screen.... I did it once a long time ago but I didn't write it down so I can't remember what I did. I think I used VirtualDub?

I don't have the knowledge, patience or time to figure out yet another program right now.
The convenience of the Pipplus letterbox is great.
I think you can change the color of it too...... Ya ... I just changed it to red. It took me about 5 seconds.

Yes..I like this effect a lot..............
Posted by bigfish on 8/24/2006 4:28:14 PM
Find the letterbox png (on my computer it's in C:\Program Files\RehanFX\PipPlus) and open it with paint or whatever you use then fill the black with any color you like using the paint bucket thingy and save the change........
Do not rename it or it won't work.
hope this helps...

Posted by bigfish on 5/29/2010 11:15:53 PM
I need a simple fade in, pauses, fades out effect. Just like the one that's in MM2 already.
However there is not enough control of the text with the existing one.
Is it possible to make a PNG with custom text and a transparent background, then use a title effect to place it on a clip?
Also some way of controlling the speed of the fade would be nice.
XP MCE SP3

I'm sorry I don't get what you mean.
I don't want a title before the clip, I want it on a clip.
I want the .png with a transparent background to be the title, then have an effect put it over the clip... So the title is on the clip and the clip shows through the transparent part.

|15.|| Windows Live Movie Maker
Posted by bigfish on 2/4/2009 6:04:19 AM
I downloaded it last week and couldn't believe it!
What a disappointment...
I really hope this is some kind of BETA joke for April 1st.
Where is the Time Line?
I learned how to shoot, edit, and save with Movie Maker and these forums.
I will be very sad if it ends like this :(

I just copied the movie maker folder from Vista into Windows 7 and it works.
I don't think I'll be using Windows Live Movie Maker.
The rest of Windows 7 works really well so far.

My daughter has this flexible plastic tube about 3 1/2' long. (My wife got it at the toy store for a dollar). She swings this thing around her head and it humms. The faster she swings the loader it gets (she is not allowed to play with it in the house anymore)
Anyway I was taking her to the park the other day and I stuck this tube out the car window while we were on the freeway going 65 MPH !
Now she wants me to drive that fast when ...

Very cool CG. Really well done effects. I like the part where the photos go really fast.
I also have never seen the show but I liked yours.
It looks like you had a lot of fun.......Where are the kids?

Posted by bigfish on 1/3/2008 3:34:58 PM
This is just a clip, not a movie.
I have been wanting to try this for along time.
I'm not exactly sure what happened to the aspect ratio when I uploaded it to youtube.
The original is not squished. I think it makes it looks like an old English program.

I didn't have the flip in there the first time and my wife ask about the other side of the car.
That is so funny!
